I had a lovely time at this hotel primarily due to the exceptional service from the staff who made me feel special during my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the dining were quite impressive as well. However, the room size left a bit to be desired, especially given the cost, which felt a tad high for what was offered. While the spa was enjoyable, it could benefit from some enhancements in maintenance and amenities.
