The food was, I guess, not what I expected. There wasn't a big selection and the dining area got crowded. The lift? Only one lift. I waited what seemed like forever.

The staff was very helpful, offering warm welcomes. My room had a nice design. a great waterfall shower. I also took advantage of the jacuzzi and steam room on site (robes were kindly brought to my room).

The room was compact, quite small for me to move around comfortably. I think the space could be better optimized.

The staff was attentive and polite, especially at the front desk. They quickly addressed any requests I had . I received excellent assistance with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

The hotel's proximity to Paddington Station allowed for convenient travel. I found it easy to access various parts of the city using the tube lines available there. Hyde Park is a short walk away, a bonus.

The location was really great, very close to paddington station. i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the cleanliness was great. The room and bathroom were super clean.

the room was quite small. the furniture looked worn, with noticeable scratches. i found the lighting in the room to be quite poor, especially in the hallway near the wardrobe.

The front desk staff was helpful. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
