i loved how close it was to paddington station. it made getting around so easy. the staff were really helpful and quick with check-in. the room was super clean and had a microwave which i really appreciated.
the room size was small. it was difficult to move around with luggage.

The staff was very helpful, offering warm welcomes. My room had a nice design. a great waterfall shower. I also took advantage of the jacuzzi and steam room on site (robes were kindly brought to my room).
The room was compact, quite small for me to move around comfortably. I think the space could be better optimized.

The location was really great, very close to paddington station. i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the cleanliness was great. The room and bathroom were super clean.
the room was quite small. the furniture looked worn, with noticeable scratches. i found the lighting in the room to be quite poor, especially in the hallway near the wardrobe.
